Zack Hample is the most popular fan in baseball history - and much of that is due to his ballhawking abilities, racking up over 12,000 catches from foul balls, home runs, and player toss-ups over the past 30 years. He also has accumulated a following of over 1,000,000 fans - over 600,000 on his CZcams @zackhample . We went together to Fenway Park in Boston, MA for the Red Sox vs. Mets Sunday Night Baseball Game on ESPN.. and it did not disappoint. In fact, this was the most electric baseball game I've ever attended. Mostly because Zack shocked the world (again) and caught Rafael Deversâ 24th homer of the season ON THE FLY to put the Red Sox up 6-1 in the 7th. Thousands of fans filled those bleachers, and somehow Zack came down with the ball... his 92nd home run catch in history. This was absolute madness and I loved every second of making it. @@phillyphilly1076heâs been known to run around the stadium between batters to get in better position to get a ball. Buying one seat and leaving it a couple times during the game for other sections for better opportunities.
Heâs obviously good at what he does, but it goes too far at times. Some fans go their entire lives without getting a single ball and heâs pushing his way to more and more every game.
Has anyone ever seen him knock over a kid? I have seen him give balls to kids but never seen him knock someone over. So what that he moves to sections. Thatâs his hobby to catch balls. So why wouldnât he switch sections. People are so worried about him and hate him. Heâs just a dude that likes foul balls and home run balls. I bet no one has any proof of him knocking over kids.
