People should brush their teeth in the morning after breakfast, then before bedtime. If you are going out to meet friends socially etc..you should brush your teeth too, before heading out to your outing. Also brushing the tongue is extra vital. Its all about grooming yourself. Insurance usually covers about 300K of a wellness check ups:But overall most wellness / General checkups cost up to 450K and above! I have decided to do this every year because its for my own good for sure
