Two issues. You did not chock the wheels while truck was on block and you did not secure exterior slack adjuster. Always consider that chaining will most likely be done on a snowy/icy surface where getting up on the block may be difficult. Lastly, bungie cords are seldom discussed and is an important topic while chaining.

You are rite i should have mentioned chocking the wheels and we don't discuss bungees as our chains are locking cams but they are useful to know how to use thank you for the imput
