Eggless White Forest Cake Recipe in Tamil | How to make White Forest Cake at home in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make eggless white forest cake recipe in tamil. This white forest cake is a great cake for birthdays and other celebrations at home. This cake can be made either in the oven or without oven in a pressure cooker. If baking this cake in a pressure cooker please divide the batter into two and bake the cakes separately, instead of a tall single cake.

Ingredients:
For cake:
½ cup Curd
¾ cup Milk
½ cup Oil
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup Maida
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Baking time:
Oven:
350 F / 175 C for 40-42 min (7 inch pan)
Cooker:
Divide the batter into 2 and bake at medium heat for 23-25 min (6 inch pan)
For Sugar Syrup:
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Water
For Cream:
2 cup whipping cream
¼ cup Sugar
Extras:
¼ cup chocolate shavings
10 Cherries

Hi Steffi akka h r u n ur cute family??Akka na keta terrace set up grill and tandoori chicken ipa varaikum seiyaama yeamaatheetheh irukeenga🙄. And then I m living in Madurai . Here I don't find any whipping cream. I have prepared many cakes even cream cakes seeing ur recipes . But each time I won't get the correct consistency of the cream because of not using whipping cream . And now I have got whipping cream so a week before I tried black forest cake .The taste was amazing...❤️❤️❤️❤️but the cream I don't get with peaks it was little bit liquid .whipping Cream was kept outside in the shop reaching home I kept it in fridge then I kept the bowl (silver)and beater in fridge for an hour . Then I started beating wrk by adding powdered sugar in cream but still I don't get thick peaks y? I don't know whether I was wrong at the speed . Speed it was given from 0to 7 and I did with 7 . Can u tell me where should I b concertrated more to get stiff peaks of cream??
