Reposting this clip with the ending. The previous one was not recorded by me originally, so, I did not intentionally omit the ending. It wasn’t there to start with.
@@Pally356 It probably was. Movie and TV history is littered with actors getting thrown curveballs and the shot of them reacting is what makes it into the cut. Alan Rickman getting dropped early at the end of Die Hard comes to mind. Chris Pratt pulled it twice at least on Parks and Rec, and on an early episode of Castle, Kate Beckett was arguing with her boss and he told her no and walked away that was not in the script and the look of annoyed confusion on her face was the actress, not the character.
I always figured that well-established NBC Thursday and Saturday night comedies allowed ad-libs. I can't think of a better reaction to Larroquette’s ad-lib for a freeze-frame. I like giving props to minor characters.
@@doug1863 it’s not the original, for sure. But it’s not bad either and John Larroquette actually hasn’t lost his touch. The actors around him, however…
Are you aware that baby Yoda on The Mandalorean isn’t a real being either? It’s television, man. Your disbelief must be suspended from time to time - especially when it comes to THIS series. Lighten up.
It's probably obvious but there was no mix up. That scheming lady did it on purpose. Wonder how many times there was a "mix-up" that she had to clarify? BTW, I know it's a show so no need to tell me so.
Now that I see this clip, makes me realize the lady was pulling a fast one on Dan to give it to her and give it to her GOOD. I forget though there are actually women between 60 and 65 that still want it. If dan gave it to her under those conditions, i think he’d end up killing her lol
Run for your lives girls.
Better safe than sorry guys
The robber’s expression at the end is icing on the cake.
In tears lol
I wonder if that hand kiss was in the script or if Larroqute ad-libbed and it was funny enough to keep.
Makes me wonder if when he was breaking the fourth wall if he was looking at the director and thinknig "Is this supposed to happen?" Classic moment

Never laughed so hard in my life.
Thanks for posting the ending.
@neckleaper- Actually I would have preferred without the ending…. after seeing Dan hold out for so long I wanted him to be rewarded😂
Laces out!
What a sports nut, huh?
Turns out we made a mistake, huh 😂
Season 4 episode 12 - Murder. That is the actual title.
And sure, a guy just waltzes into the court building with a gun. Not even in the 80's...

Now this is comedy writing. Not the crap they have today.

@@perrymehta6438 Incorrect. Season 4. Episode is titled “Murder.”
That man would mug Dan, but he would be instead mugged of something else. [laterally was laughing as I wrote this🤣]
