Great tips to wake up to this Monday morning! One tip I find that helps when feeling "stuck" or unmotivated: get out of your space. Go for a walk in nature, go watch a movie by yourself, wander the aisles of you local library or do something on your own where you can see the world in a different way. Sometimes we just need to see things outside the physical walls of our lives to break down the walls we have put up inside of us.

agreed, for me I start by making my bed each and every morning. cleaning my working space and make sure I don't have anything else to to before I start creating then I'm all set. I'm a huge advocate of make sure nothing is in the way of creativity as long as you get your chores done. coming from a Mexican and Korean household I need to get things done before I start new ones or I will be overwhelmed. good luck and all the best to all the artist out there and hope you find your mojo and daily motivation. I listen to really happy music when I take my shower. I sing and dance to it. I raise my hands to the sky and just say Thank You. Then if I have to go into my day job I also put my music on loud and sing along. I’m a songwriter and lived in Austin and played music and I have a lot of amazing songwriter friends. One is Beth Williams and her song “don’t look back”. That’ll start your day off happy and grateful. And All the World is One/ Peter Mayer. Have a great day! Thank u for sharing your wisdom🙏🙏🙏❤️👍🏻

Hi Rafi, thanks for the awesome video! I've been getting back into art after a 10+ year break and I'm so grateful art is back in my life. One of the things that helps my creative mojo is just setting up my studio space with things that inspire me. I can just walk into that space and immediately feel creative. Much love to you and Klee!

Love this list! One of the small tokens I still have after my dad died is a little hand made button thing that says "Weirdoism is forever". Embrace your weirdness really speaks to me and reminds me of who I and my dad always were! Another fantastic bit of wisdom I picked up in the last year is "The Rules Are Fake". This applies to everything from art to "career" to life in general! Go be who you want and do what you want, let the squares drone on into a boring unfulfilled life. We get one lap so lets make it a fun one!! Love your guys channel, you rock!

Yes! I might start doing a 30 day exercise challenge for beginners.
I have a reward system in place. If I did good.. I get to "Hang- Out at the spa" w a few old ladies. Aka " Me-Time". I also hook-up with a positive energy like music jams while washing dishes ( an energy draining event.). Happy Times! You Got this!!!

Excellent points! To add to the 'write it all down so you can cross it off' portion, a couple years ago, I started giving myself credit out loud for whatever I did to make my life easier. Example: Getting coffee, I notice a dish or whatever with stuck food. Set that baby to soak in hot soapy water, so when I come out for my refill, whatever it is cleans up fast, and I can say, "Past me ROCKS!"

I have been on a crazy t-shirt design making spree and super motivated since mid-August. I have actually done POD designs here and there since the early 2000s but these last few months have been crazy and I have been getting inspired by everything and writing down more shirt ideas than I can manage in a day. I even was inspired by your shirt to make several spin offs on that idea. :P The beautiful thing is that I find that they don't exist on my main POD selling platform. I find a lot of things that don't exist and consider it my mission to put it out there... even if the design doesn't sell... it's out there. :) Seriously though I have been crazy motivated and have had many days that were 16 hours plus of designing, working on ideas, scratching ideas etc.

I been wanted to do it for ever but I was worried about the critics……. I was positively surprise of the goed comments. Some people even asked me if I sale my work…….. Needed this today. Hard to stay motivated lately. Issues with Etsy fees going up, shipping going up and poor service breaking items, locally getting juried into brick and mortar and then have to give huge percentages away. the commercial side of the art world has been getting me down.
I must admit that things are not easy right now, but I like to take a bit of a punk ethos to this. Everybody wants you to feel miserable, it's your chance to prove them all wrong. These days, happiness and joy are literally an act of resistance. You're an artist, you're accustomed to DIY, so use that.
I agree with Francois, We are a force of nature that can't be calmed. Use those services, but don't let it emotionally use you.
A nice motorcycle ride always gives me a boost, however, not always an option, here in Pa. in the winter. But I have needed a boost in as low as 17 degrees, a chilly Ride. Have a great day Bro
