I will check to see if I have my dad's versions. You are right, it's hard to find it online for some reason...for free at least.
All of the Bach Sonatas and Partitas for violin, transcribed and edited by Hymie Voxman, were published in a single volume many years ago by RUBANK in Miami, Florida. The title was Classical Studies and it is part of the RUBANK EDUCATIONAL LIBRARY NO. 139. I have a copy on my music stand.
Fifteen of these works were published as "Quinze Etudes adaptées à la clarinette par Ulysse Delécluse", Professeur au Conservatoire de Musique", Editions Musicales Alphonse Leduc, Paris. Very reliable stuff and very well printed. Easy reading. I highly recommend that edition.
