if we carry on mass pollution and everything else we're doing we'll probably die out in about half the time it takes for the sun to explode.

human technology will probably be extremely advanced in the next 4.5 billion for humans to travel to other planets and galaxies, and those galaxies will have suns that probably still have more time than our old sun. if humans do that then we won't need to witness the sun exploding, along with human life

This is genuinely scary, I know we’ll all be dead long before most of this happens but it just scares me how much stuff will happen and how we are just a small blip in the whole universe. It’s interesting but also so incomprehensible to the point where it’s literally quite unnerving.
