Maryland launches sexual assault kit tracking system with survivors in mind

Maryland Governor Wes Moore and Attorney General Anthony Brown to announced a new tracking system for sexual assault kits.
All new kits as well as the thousands of existing untested kits will get a barcode and be entered into a system for which the victims will get login information to track their cases and make sure they aren’t being forgotten.
