Nico G is a solo acoustic guitarist based in Stirling, Scotland. He's a classically trained guitar player who studied at the conservatoire in Belgium before moving to the UK. With a Master's Degree in classical guitar and years of jazz experience (including a workshop with the Berklee School of Music - Boston). Nico G has worked to develop his own sound and style, using both classical and jazz knowledge from his studies.
Nico G has developed a great balance between the genres he enjoys. The blues, which have always fascinated him, go hand in hand with rock, pop, jazz and folk. His innovative arrangements will surprise listeners with interwoven, overlying melodies, made possible by the combinaison of fingerpicking and looping techniques.
