    This looks amazing :) I kinda feel like this would be great for space exploration. With 3D printers the astronauts on mars could build every machine they need, and their kids would know how to build advanced machines simply because they played with legos growing up :)

      Wouldn’t work due to plastic being extremely light, now imagine that weight on Mars or the moon. This thing would have to have loads of downforce.

    Wondering if those inner rear bearings might creep inwards along the axle - maybe need little retaining plates or glue the outer rings in place?

    Since the Great Lego fiasco of removing 3d files labeled as Lego, Do you plan to re-upload files as "building bricks" or something of that nature? I failed to download the files while they were available. I would love to see these files again.

    12:00 theres so much engineering in this to support the change in scale .. perhaps you need tweak it for some ackerman angle and maybe some suspension compliance :)

      Yeah the stearing is going to be horrid! Parallel, all the weight at back, no differential. I have some ideas but want to see how bad it is before I work on making it better 😉

      @@MattDenton Did you try reaching out to Lego and asking what their stance is on your projects? I'm from denmark and have a bit of experience with them, and they generally are a reasonable bunch.
      Its not like they are loosing sales or anything like that on account of your work, more the direct opposite, so maybe you'll be in luck... I know they have previously opted to work WITH fans and hobby creators, rather than against them (eg. in the case of custom amateur made sets which look exactly like real official LEGO sets, only you cant buy them).

      I haven’t no. I was told the reason they took all the fam stuff down was because they had to be seen to take all content down so they could take on the real vilans such as Lepin. Would be happy to talk to them though. I was going to offer them the giant forklift for their head office.

      @@MattDenton It depends on how you interpret them. Anyway, it would be great if you can actually stack the standard 4x2, with a Duplo 4x2 all the way to YOUR scale ;-) (if scaled accordingly)
