My brother’s iPhone 12 Pro Max just had complete wireless death like this except even Bluetooth is grayed out. It’s the Verizon model with an RF window on the side for so-called “millimeter wave 5G.” Is that one repairable? He just got a new screen and battery at the Apple Store a few months before this started so he’s already spent a lot of money on this phone recently since he intended to hand it down to our mother soon (she’s still using an iPhone 6S). Is the cost of this repair too much or should we just buy our mother another phone? We wanted something with a large screen and Face ID that she could use for years and thought a hand-me-down 12 Pro Max was perfect.

how do i send you my phone for you to do this to my motherboard? this is exactly what mine is doing. i replaced the back housing and front screen, but noticed the motherboard looked damaged and when i got it together the wifi and BT were greyed out and the cell service isn't working either.
Great job. You like make own jumpers no ready to solder pads? ;p Btw I did an iphone 7 swapboard, everything went fine, the device turns on but freezes after entering the lock code. So I moved the nfc from the original motherboard and it is still the same then I measured the pads under nfc and also everything ok .. what could be the reason for this behavior?
How much would a fix like this cost! I just smashed my back glass today and haven’t got wifi , bt, flash, volume control only up, and camera freezes phone.
