■ How to make
[Chicken Broth]
1. After adding 1L of water, add the chicken backbone and boil for 10 minutes then add 1/2 cut ginger, 5 clove of garlic, 1/2 onion and boil the broth for 30 minutes to complete.

■ How to prepare the [Roasted Chicken] 1.Prepare raw chicken then cut the raw chicken backbone with scissors.
2. Remove the tail, the line around the tail, and the smelly part of the wings
3. Press the breastbone of the raw chicken and spread it out in a straight line
4. Wipe off the intestines and blood of raw chicken witha kitchen towel
6. Season the raw chicken with salt then lift the chicken skin to make space, and roll 2 pieces of butter in salt to make space

■ How to cook the [Roasted chicken]
1. Fill a preheated frying pan with oil, then place the chicken in medium heat back and forth for 30 minutes while pressing and covering the lid
2. Add 1 shredded ginger to the oil of cooking chicken

[Spicy Soy Sauce]
1. Put the of chicken stock, 3T of roasted chicken oil from the cook chicken, 5Tbs of starch syrup, 2Tbs sugar, 1Tbs of salt, 3T of soy sauce, 1/2 sliced ginger, and 2T of ground peppers/chili to complete.

[Cole slaw]
1. Cut 1/2 cabbage with a knife and then cut it with scissors.
2. Add an appropriate amount of vinegar and water to 1/2 of the chopped onion to remove the spiciness for 5 minutes.
3. 1/3 cup of vinegar, 2T unrefined sugar, 1T salt, 4T mayonnaise, Add 1 grated apple, a little grounded black pepper and 2 cut onion and mix to complete.

i feel so bad for lee yuri - she is sweet and puts so much effort into this show and her recipes, and yet time and again - no matter who she comes up against she loses :(

Lee Yuri lost a couple times because she made stuff that was too spicy. I guess she personally really likes spicy stuff and her palate is kind of skewed because of that. I'm like that too when I cook. I sometimes can't even taste the spice in the food I made until it's at a level that would be too hot for some of my more sensitive friends.

Don't get me wrong I know the men on tv period are less than 1% of men but still why it is so hard to find men who can take care of the home as well??? & cook like this... The worst part of getting sick is I was the cook now food is take out or horrible... I wish I could find someone who could cook half this good...

Just a little heads up, you should never wash raw chicken!!!(Washing raw chicken before cooking it can increase your risk of food poisoning)
Splashing water from washing chicken under a tap can spread the bacteria onto hands, work surfaces, clothing and cooking equipment.
Cooking will kill any bacteria present.

2:30 eeehh yeahh i cant eat chicken because my mom is so into fresh chicken that she took our family to a farm and the man kill them un front of us at first I didn’t care but then i got a pet chicken and was raising it but on a day where i won first place trophy in a tournament to celebrate she killed it in front of me i broke her tv out if anger point is i dont like to eat chicken it makes me feel gross inside ohh and this happen when i was what 5 or 7 so i dont like my lil bro ti experiences thing like this you know
