- Last weekend I went to explore Toronto's most diverse and eclectic neighborhoods- Kensington Market. It's full of vintage shops, ethnic restaurants, bars, food, etc. If you ever visit Toronto, make sure to check it out!

I would highly recommend having a doner from Otto's and coffee from Jimmy's. You won't regret it!

Yeah we have empanadas all over latin america.. all in different version. The ones you tried definitely were Chile version, a bit more thick and soft. At Ecuador we have ones that are shaped more like a C .. also with different stuffing and are dip fried in oil so its crunchy🤗 Big hugs 🙂🙂🙂

I was gonna ask you to go to Jimmy’s. I’m glad you finally went there. Yall should stop having timmies and Starbucks. There’s another good cafe there called Moonbeam which serves equally good coffee. And there’s another one called Fika. Also, you HAVE to go to Rasta Pasta and seven lives!! Best food in the market.
Also I’d suggest before it starts getting cold, checkout the restaurants on Ossington st. You’d love em. It’s a pretty cool strip. And if you go there you have to try Bang bang icecream.

Empanadas are really common here in South America. I never tried the chilean version (the one you eat). It's easy to cook and there are millons of recepies on the web, with meat, chicken, fish, ham&cheese, veggies... 🤤
