Yes, any normal person would be in prison !, People are tired of the rich and powerful thinking they are above the law. He's a disgraced, twice impeached, Grapist, who has been given 88 indictments by four juries! including SEDITION , Fraud, Conspiracy, Election Fraud, Falsifying documents, lying under oath, the espionage act, and other high crimes!
All this after four juries reviewed the evidence! The man is surrounded by convicted felons, an many of his former associates , Republicans, have come out saying he is Unfit, and a criminal!!!
Right now he is being protected by his self appointed Judged Cannon! That case, that BIAS, that BLATANTLY OBVIOUS BIAS by Cannon, who in any real just court would have recused herself at the start! Look closely at that case!!
He has delayed and delayed , But Juries in the southern district of Florida convict %99.6 of the time!! For 2 trials the odds are 65,500 to one!
So yet again, the judge is allowing Trump to run the courtroom. Why hasn't Trump been held accountable for intimidating the jurors?
As I understand it they are supposed to be having a hearing regarding that very thing next week.
Why is a time barred misdemeanour being changed to 34 felonies by connecting it to an unspecified other crime which is against the 6th amendment? This trial is rigged and will end in a guilty but the Supreme Court will laugh it out the door.
I am so glad the Judge is crossing his “t’s” and dotting his “i’s” in this case to be sure as much as possible it is a fair trial. We know that Mr Trump will appeal if he loses, as he has already stated. I am glad the Judge is doing all he can to be sure the appeal is not due to errors on the part of the court

This case should be dismissed immediately by this judge. Everything about it is absurd from the charge to selecting an impartial jury.

Oh no!! If the trial keeps getting delayed, 45 will miss Barron's graduation. I guess I feel worse for Barron, than for his excuse for a father.
Unless there are several parallel cases ongoing where the juries meet at the same time and produce a verdict at the same time, I’m afraid the identity of many jurors will be revealed sooner or later. Relatives, friends and colleagues will figure it out. And some will sell that information to certain media. My recommendation would be to actually have a few dozen fake jurors who’ll meet at the same time. And put penalties on anyone who reveals the identity of a someone who might be a juror (i.e. even a speculative suggestion).
And absolutely no information about the jurors should have been revealed to the public. Also, when the prosecution and the defense are allowed to google the possible jurors, logarithms can figure it out, unless they at the same time also google many other individuals in the same way. If the jurors have accounts on X, tiktok, FB, YT, then Musk, China, & Co now can figure it out with a high statistical certainty.
I have to say that judge Merchan is doing a good job to d Ed nature Trump gets an impartial jury. Trump will not be able to claim election interference in this trial.
I would have liked to have seen stricter rules put in place in order to protect jury members identities though.
Why aren't these people charged with pergery? The judge said he out out a comprehensive questionnaire and it asked can you be unbiased. These people seemed to yave lied to get on the jury. Are they not under oath when going through this process?
