- Altgang what is good! In this video I react to NF Outro. I'm so glad we have moved a long to the the perception album as I feel this is where NF just becomes a total beast. Outro 3 has so many easter eggs when I turned the camera off and watched again I noticed there were so many more than I figured in the video!

I believe the “rap god” line was to remind the listeners that although he’s been compared and has been influenced by Emimem’s music, he’s a different artist altogether.

I was about to leave a similar comment, so I'll just like yours. Well said. I would also add that I think NF did so because the constant comparisons cast a shadow of perception on him & his music that taints his progression. Em isn't taking shots at NF either in Kamikaze, I think Em is also tired of the references to whoever others think is "the next Eminem"...like Jordan is tired of constantly being compared to Lebron or whoever people think is the next up and coming basketballer. It's about Legacies & NF will never replace Eminem, he doesn't have to, he's leaving his own mark on the rap game.
Hes also walking through all the other songs to prepare you for the next album.

It's more of an outro to TS and not perception. That's why it comes before intro III
A few things I noticed on rewatching off camera:
- Plane he's walking through is from Real
- Same street as intro one
- The beat sounds reversed possibly from Intro 1?
Also I had another obveration, the fact that NF is walking away from all of these trauma in video, shows that he's moving forward and got over his emotional pain 👁️👄👁️
I’ve heard about the reversed beat thing and idk if that was just a really really good catch or you just saw it on a list somewhere like i did bc even when I listen to both songs I cant really see how the beat is backwards. Anyway good vid lol
A lot of hip hop artists do it, I listen to music quite a bit, J Cole does it on Neighbours it's forbidden fruit backwards. Maybe I just have a knack for it haha.
I see this song as the end of the old Nate and the start of the new. I see it this way because in the first three albums under the name NF (Mansion, Therapy Session and Perception) he starts of the albums with the songs titled Intro, Intro II and Intro III. However in his newest album, The Search. The album starts of with the track named The Search. From listening to the four albums. The first three he is sort of putting out warnings to everyone around him and showing his lyracism as well as talking about his past very heavily. However in his fourth album. It seems he is trying to find who he really is. This track, at least the way I see it, is Nate starting to stop looking at his past and rapping about it but instead looking at himself and figuring out who he really is. I hope this didn't spoil to much. And again this is only my view. The great thing about NF is that there is many different reasons behind his music and it makes your mind go wild about 'what does this actually mean and what impact does it have'. Hoped this helped. Keep up the great work

Definitely a double though. I think he’s right when he said it also could refer to him being dangerously fragile. That’s why he pushes people away. He puts up walls he puts up caution tape to keep people out so he can’t get hurt, he even hurts people just so he doesn’t get hurt.
He is probably talking about his anger coming out so he says "put up the caution tape I'm dangerous" meaning that he is scary good and can probably kill someone with his anger. Tbh I think this entire track was taken over by anger
The Rap God line is definitely eminem. I mean he did mention in one of his songs that he grew up on Eminem but the line was definitely NOT a shot at him. It's more of acknowledging his followers that he's not someone that needs to be idolized. From the song itself, what he put out for the world to see, his vulnerability , it just started a movement and it's because of his ability to create this type of music that is relatable to almost anyone.
he's also said in interviews how he looks up to Eminem saying at one point that's all he listened to and you could hear it in his music, especially if you listen to his moments album. Another time he mentions that he looks up to Em is the line "I've been doing this since I was just a kid and mama bought me 8 Mile at the movie store" from "Know" which 8 mile is a Hip-Hop movie about Eminem rising to the top is street battles.

Fun fact: this song was released as a single before intro III... and he says “killing my fear, ‘bout to get to that in a minute” and then intro III. Also if you cycle this album the outro comes last, but also right before Intro III starts because the the song that comes next after the last song on an album is the first song. Could it be a metaphor for his life going in a circle because he has to kill fear over and over because “burying” issues isn’t the same as dealing with them healthily.

Outro was the first song that came out
Then green lights came out
Then the album came out, so after green lights comes Intro lll and then Outcast
(This is for the journey)

Loved what you said about NF. You are a fan and i am happy. You get the beautiful genius of him. A real good storyteller. In song SEARCH he says "I'll never swim in the kitty pool" meaning he doesn't do shallow shit. He's a deep guy. I think the criticisms of him are from people who are not mentally directed toward digging deep. Yes NF attracts people with mental struggle BUT he also attracts people who are ABLE to grasp what he's doing/saying. Some people just aren't mentally able or lack interest, so they're left criticizing.
All those easter eggs you found. And the song referencing his old songs. --> without the journey order people don't get it, and then certain bars confuse them. So glad you're doing in order. Commenters tell reactioners of the journey list but some won't do it in order and then they say they didn't understand this bar that bar etc. And they don't catch easter eggs. Frustrating. BUT there are reactioners like you who do the journey list and it is so fun when we see you catching the connections!
The Search Album is going to blow your mind. If you think his rapping ability progressed to Perception, The Search he really becomes a top tier rapper to match his story telling and emotion pulling ability. The fact that it didn't get a Grammy is a literal crime against artistry. I'm looking forward to the rest of the Journey man. Thank you for putting out quality reactions 👊

My favorite reaction channel!! I love how you dig into his technique and really open up his lyricism and dissect it. Most other reviewers just say “HE’S GOT BARS”. But you dig into his lyricism, and you catch on to all the nuance in his writing that most people don’t comment on.
I’ve been addicted to your reviews when it comes to NF. He’s probably my lyricist of all time. As a songwriter/rapper, he reaches a bar I don’t know I’ll ever be able to hit. Doesn’t mean I won’t try!

Outro is officially in my Top 5 NF songs/videos. Every time I watch it, I get serious goosebumps when he shouts "I'm Home!" at the end.

@@ajaygowda6030 NF listed Kendrick and Eminem in his interview with NME as being in his top 5 so I do agree with you. He learned from those two and does deserve to be up there with them in a sense he is still young in the game but there are other artists that gets their music dissected like this. Lupe Eminem and Kenderick are the main ones i seen.

Yeah there's SO much I missed I'd love to do a video just on the Easter eggs.
The Easter Eggs are everywhere including the ambulance, the kids from therapy session, how could you...., to think he sets up songs throughout his discography to prepare the imagery he’ll use later on.
Just now, 4:54 seconds into this video, after watching DOZENS of other reactors do this song, and listening to the song countless times on my own, I realized he's LITERALLY WALKING THE PATH OF HIS JOURNEY. That's why all the there are all the references, and that's why this is the only Outro. He's CLOSING THIS CHAPTER because FEAR IS DEAD after this and it's a new NF from here on out!! He's literally showing himself walking his path as he showed it, walking through his journey, and then concluding it.

It's actually his 6th album. Free,Moments,Mansion, Therapy session,Perception, The Search. From the beginning you hear Marshall real clear in Nate's first Two releases. After that, he was slapped with Creativity, Delivery, Cadence and all the gifts to be where he is going, and take millions of strangers across the Globe with Him. Marshall is the Goat of Playing with words,. But Nate's Words are Heart,Real,Clarity, Open, brutally honest and in a World driven by Profanity, He has let all other MCs and haters know, My bars are Perfectly premeditated and and planned with heart breaking intent to change this GAME.
Another little easter egg thing is near the beginning when he sits in the chair and then kicks it over when he gets up, he does the same thing and body language in intro 1
