FINALLY! Mr Lu has finally put the barriers between him and Li Man! He was so blind not to see how his deputy manager/assistant has made his gf Shegnan suffer. Shengnan's " uncle" is wise but funny, giving good advice to Lu Jin.
Why are there so many interfering mothers in Cdramas ? Is this a reflection on the reality of society in China? It beggars belief that Lu Jin's mother is trying to interfere with his private life when he's the CEO of their company. Good that he told her where to get off, in not so many words! Hopefully plots like this and male and female characters who've known the leads for years feel entitled to be accepted as love interests are only in dramas!
This is a reality for many Asians cultures. Even if someone is not as rich as Lu Jin’s, there’s always that class divide that would make parents judge their future in-laws.

What if FL chooses A, what if she chooses B. Have you watched it yet? The reviews were pretty good, but being me, I only watch a happy ending drama, so I took a peek of the ending😂
