The next quest from this, whispers in the wall, has got me excited for the potential in this game's future, they are planning to do a return to form where our warframes become relevant again in new content and some of the secret bosses that update has, have gotten me excited to see some actual challenge in what is to come.
Of course we still have 1999 to look toward which will probably continue the streak of new content ignoring our warframes for a bit
The story and world building around the void and Wally is some of my favorite in this game though, and the way Duviri fits into it all is pretty interesting.
Warframes never stopped being relevant. And it's sad people gave into the propaganda in this community that believed that.
@@RedShadowOfSaturn no no no you misunderstood I am meerly referring to the fact in a lot of new story content we don't really use our Warframes as much
Well, they did say in the Pax east live devstream that we will be using our frames in 1999, so it is not gonna be entirely detached from your own gear like Duviri Paradox and the majority of New war is. Not that I complain, getting something different is refreshing, but it is nice to be able to use stuff you have invested into.
Always remember, the black and white choice wheel isn't based on 'good' or 'evil'. It's based on the yin and yang method. With the white side being more forceful, extroverted, masculine or aggressive, while the black side being more persuasive, introverted, feminine or tactical. Neither is a bad choice, they're contrasts.
Since they're still using that black and white karma wheel, I'm really eager to see what the end goal for that is. Like, do we get something for leaning one way or the other or being balanced...does anything change in our game based on how we're aligned.
I suppose it could be like the answers we give in Second Dream, it just adds little dots to the schools like a personality test. I do hope some additional mechanic arises from it, though.
@@RedShadowOfSaturn If I remember there was an interview with that, and it was actually going to lead to something. However they ended up not doing that thing.
The closest we have to the changes they were planning to implement is our choice for the Lotus/Natah/Margulis being permanent, and us having to apply skins to have her look different.

I dont think that this Teshin is fake. Probably Body of Teshin after Erra killed him also felt into the void by the same portal as you, and Lotus. He felt into duviri, maybe on the ship in the duviri. And void half-resurected him like those guys on Zariman in our side of the reality. This Teshin even says line that "He wasnt sure if he was dead or not."

this is US doing a rewind on the time someone else failed a defense in normal time,
undoing the defeat and passing it to someone else who may defend it
or fail and the cycle continues again
whispers is more like a introduction to this new arch wf is going through, not really as big or flashy
Without spoiling, whispers has potential as it was kinda entertaining. My biggest issue with the whispers quest however is that it feels more like an introduction to new missions instead of an actual story quest like duvir. As for duviri quest and the one that you managed to defeat, it is technically not a psychological thing where you defeat yourself ^_^" Around the time that the drifter got in contact with the void powers ( Aboard the tenno ship ) instead of being able to make a deal for our powers like the operator did, we just got hit with void stuff that forced duviri into existince from one of the story books our drifter was reading as a form of emotional regulation. Which was also when orignally one of the other kids took on the mantle of thrax and tried to stay king and have fun in that world. But i think they retconned that part into making it like how you described it as the original version would cause too many problems with any upcoming stories
