  • My framework that I try to use every day for better mental health.
    The whole reason I wanted to make this video was to talk about how positively music impacts me in times when I don't feel well, but I didn't mention it at all. I throw my headphones in, and it makes it easier to relax or to focus on what I'm doing instead of what I'm not doing (or how bad I feel).
