- This is the famous song "Sweet Child O' Mine" by Guns N' Roses. I played the bass guitar part and added the tabs and comments about the chord structure and the bass part in this song.

I love the little stories you tell along with your bass line transcriptions. This one was especially interesting! Браво!

I had the same dilemma while working out what key to play this song and what would sound 'right'. Your option is the best, but it's such a pain tuning 'all' strings a semitone down. I just play it in D# standard tuning, or in E depending on my mood, but I know the low D# sounds better.
I’m happy I’m not alone who’s been thinking about this! ☺️
@@khankann Maybe a 5 string bass would come in handy sometimes 😏
@@davidmoore8397 I’d like to have 2-3 more basses for different purposes 😄 maybe I’ll have them one day.
Hey Tatiana that Cort sounds great. How do you get that sound.
Thank you! I just added a bit more compression than usually to make it fit, and some slight saturation above.
Hi, how much Watt is your bass amp ? thanks
That’s a good question. I’m on a walk right now ☺️ I believe it’s 40Wt or around.
This was played with a pick originally..
@@a.g.4843 yes, I’m doing it a bit differently. I’m actually glad that you noticed the difference!
Who sees (or hears) the Jamerson lick?
you probably could be a bit more specific!
