- Hello everyone I've got a book haul for ya this week! I've been saving these up for months to show you so I'm thrilled to finally share. Also thought that while I was doing that the TBR shelf needed a re-shuffle so I've thrown that in as well, I hope you enjoy! 💛

I haven’t read Most Ardently, I really want to, so I don’t know if you need to read P&P first. But, I really recommend it! It’s such a good book and I think given how much you like romance you’ll enjoy it!

Bookshelves look so nice! They did before as well, but nothing like a good re-shuffle. THG are so pretty! I haven't read them either, but I have an ugly paperback of the first one that I found second hand ^^ Botanical Daughter I'm very intrigued by, but I'll let you go first. So many of these I want to read! I who have never known men is definitely in my future! And I'm reading in Beartown in October with a couple of other people, so I might just make it a book club pick for that month. So if you want to join in you're very welcome to :) We figured it would be good for the hockey season (not that I care a bit about that haha but it is wintery. And there are more books in the series, for the rest of winter, if one wants to keep reading!) It's still summer though! I think you'd enjoy Pride and Prejudice, I haven't read it but the movie with Keira Knightley is a lovely time!
@@ellenmadebookclub Thank you!! I know I definitely needed it. I’m literally so excited to read them all but I need time to slow down a bit so I have half a chance 🤣 That would be fun! Beartown is definitely high up on my list so I’ll join in for sure. I hate to say it but I’m ready for cosy season, it’s not like we’re having much of a Summer in Scotland anyway 😂 I’m definitely going to read and watch Pride & Prejudice first so I can get a grip of the story 😊
@@observingemma Haha I love that you want time to slow down and also ready for fall already 😂 We’re having a decent summer so far, I like that it’s not too hot. Anything above 24 and I’m just melting into a puddle anyway! I hope you get some nice summer days and nights before it’s just dark again ^^ I am looking forward to Beartown though! And I agree, too many books to read, too little time!!!

I loved most ardently! I think you’ll enjoy it a little more if you know the story of pride and prejudice first to see the parallels (could just watch the movie for that though!)

Most Ardently was really good, but I do think you would get a lot more out of it if you've read Pride and Prejudice first or at least have seen the movie. Did you ever read In Memoriam? I don't see it on your shelf anymore. If you did, I hope you loved it. I thought it was amazing!
@@scubacat22 I definitely think I’m going to give Pride and Prejudice a go before I read Most Ardently then. I haven’t read it yet no, it’s still on the shelves it’s just on the one that’s lower down but I have high hopes for it! 😊
