    What about UW, Seattle? And Uni of Michigan? I feel these are great universities with a history of successful Indian applicants

      Yes, they are very good. UW doesn't have a normal MS in CS track and relatively fewer programs to choose from. But otherwise they are both solid schools and can be considered if you like a particular course in there

      Places near the west coast like California, Texas, Arizona are atmosphere friendly to Indians compared to east coast which has very low temperatures.

    Harvard, Berkeley, cmu. columbia etc. are so hard to get into as an undergraduate student. Is MS admission easier because most Americans do not apply for MS program?

      I’m not expert in accounting to be honest. So I would look at the rankings and previous results on forums like gradcafe etc. 1, 6 and 7 are not well known to me in your list. So unless they are really good in accounting, you can reconsider.
