What about UW, Seattle? And Uni of Michigan? I feel these are great universities with a history of successful Indian applicants
Yes, they are very good. UW doesn't have a normal MS in CS track and relatively fewer programs to choose from. But otherwise they are both solid schools and can be considered if you like a particular course in there
I lost it when I saw "IUB" in safe list. I have a admit from Texas A&M but got a reject from IUB. It definitely falls in ambitious list.

Places near the west coast like California, Texas, Arizona are atmosphere friendly to Indians compared to east coast which has very low temperatures.

I wouldn’t say that because MS programs have fewer seats as well, so competition is again high

I’m not expert in accounting to be honest. So I would look at the rankings and previous results on forums like gradcafe etc. 1, 6 and 7 are not well known to me in your list. So unless they are really good in accounting, you can reconsider.
