Thank you for last week’s retreat at Borden Estate. This teaching so powerfully resonates with me today. There has been much recent unfolding of the “me” I have known myself to be and today, what I am observing is simply a process of the reacting mind. Something I have always closely listened to like a trail guide leading me though rough terrain but today I am observing it as an alluring distraction and once seen, allowing it to fall away again and again and again.
