Actually, the poolrooms are pretty safe. The glitch tons only hunt you if you are in the dark area/danger zone and there's a main part to the level where the group called the "lifeguards" and there's food that "spawns" there every like week or day idk. There's also two other groups: the swimmers (teach you how to swim) and a last group which I actually forgot their name but they are armed and will protect you from glitch tons. (The group is in the danger zone).

Those are very low survival rates.
In run for your life, you have to run 6 miles trying to survive several hostile entities chasing you. In fun room, once you go in there, you will be there.
Forever.
So try to avoid these levels.
Level 37 is actually pretty safe. Just don’t go to too deep of water areas or else you might get the hydrolitis plague. Its also apparently quite calming.

Level 974 is one of the easiest, and safest. The one entity there will only hurt you if you try to escape with out giving it the cute item. It won’t do anything to you, you can hug it. I’m pretty sure it shares emotions, and I’m pretty sure it thinks your cute. It’s recommended to stay there for the rest of your life, as it is so easy going.
Edit: you can’t actually stay for more than a week, or kitty will agro.

I feel like I should mention level -81. It's basically a British village with stone brick houses, churches, tea shops, and corner shops. This level has a shit ton of supplies and easy shelter, but don't let that fool you. This level is 100% danger level, 0% survival rate because you will always die within a few days due to various natural causes such as snowstorms, black ice, roof tiles falling on your head, the ground opening up beneath you, etc. There's also the fact that any food you pick up could be fatally poisoned due to being out of date or contaminated. There's also a chance that when you turn on a stove, huge amounts of carbon monoxide gas are released, causing you to quickly suffocate. It's always -2°C, covered in ice and snow, and worst of all, there are no known exits, outposts, or colonies, which means if you end up here, you're completely fucked. I'm surprised I never see it on any of these videos or shorts because it's probably one of the most dangerous areas in the whole backrooms since you're guaranteed to die here.

Such tiles are eerily pristine in condition, all identical to one another, without a single hint of damage on their shiny surfaces.
The only real danger that the level have is the dark area

One of the most hardest and dangerous levels. At night, there will be puppets that are like humans that seem harmless. But when you take a closer look, your dead. They are very hostile creatures and it is best to run or hide. At day, you can go around the level, and th wonky way to exist is to find a key that fits to the corrext door. Gg if you get in there

To clear up confusion for y'all:
1) No, Level 37 is NOT - That is, unless you enter a theorized so-called "Danger Zone", but this has been deconfirmed at some point - dangerous, at all. For the most people that enter it, it gives them a feeling of safety and calmness, but that varies from person to person
2) Surprisingly, Level 94 IS indeed dangerous, but only at night, because that is when both regular entities such as smilers and level exclusive entities such as "animations" come into play. Once that happens you should get into a house as quick as possible and hide somewhere
Also, in the "floating" castle on the invisible hill, the Animated King will test you on one of your biggest fears before you can escape
3) I do not know much about Level 81, feel free to tell me more in the replies :'3
