Normally the Rasen shuriken is a move that is thrown at an enemy but for the use of it here there's also a perfectly canon explanation: it's the rasen shuriken from Back when naruto just created the move mid-shipuuden and where he wasn't as experienced using it so he had to use it in close combat because of its at the time limited reach. The adaptation here is very remeniscent of his almost-finishing blow on kakuzu.

The tailed best bomb was destructo disk with the savage strike effect, and then just savage strike for when he charges and hits the opponent, and then obviously the spirit bomb effect

The one attack was actually based of Sonic Rush Future Gohan's attack and the Big ball attack was actually based of Cooler's version of the Super Nova named Super Nova(Cooler).
