- In this Video I talk about The Problems with Transformers Collecting in the Modern Day, a TRANSFORMERS RANT! New Transforms Price increases, Hasbro Transformers QC issues & More.
I Love Transformers but at what Cost is it worth to deal with all these Big Issues with Collecting? Not even Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, or Megatron is safe from these Problems.

Yo I feel you dude I remember growing up and getting a deluxe and it was awesome a lot of toy for very little money especially during the 2007 movie run. Hell I have in storage two sets of transformers that sold for 20 and gave me multiple figures. I walked into the toy aisle back in March for my 23 birthday to pick up a new transformer for the first time in 5 years and I felt like I could throw up when I saw how much a crappy deluxe was going for compared to what it used to be. And we had more toy back than. Now half the things I see are filled with hollow space. I've just ignored the store stuff and have been grabbing 3rd party stuff. It's fuckin insane how expensive everything is getting. But at least with the 3rd party I'm getting what I fuckin paid for.
Btw how's your Unicron coming along
@@rinneganjackson6315 Ya it's sad stuff. Way Bigger, Less Hollowness, Far Cheaper prices. I haven't made much progress on the Unicorn since the last Update Video.
Gotta say, as a cheapskate since childhood, I can feel that rage on a personal level.
Pretty damn terrifying too.
Ive seen figures with missing heads in Walmart, STILL! Its not worth the headache anymore to stay in this line for me. Im priced out for crappy QC issues.
Yes, Exactly. I hope Ko Companys start Koing more generation figures for better Prices & Better all around then hasbro.
People stole the heads of transformers?
I 100% completely agree with every point you made and it's depressing hasbro thinks so low of us
Ya the fact they think they can just price gouge us & we'll keep putting up with their Nonsence is sad.
Love these rants videos 😂
oh there's alot more coming!
Transformers is the most profitable yet hated franchise Hasbro deals with. They really seem to dislike it and it shows. Then jack up the prices for good measure.
My figures are all either yellow or loose. I sent Metalhawk back to Pulse to get a new one. They said it was a one off that they would replace a figure that is not fot for purpose. Ridiculous.
I have never gotten a replacement from hasbro, in the passed I've had ultra issues with figures & they said they'd send a replacement within 7 weeks. They never did.
Dude I'm right with ya. The sheer amount of Toys I have bought that have either atleast 1 major problem or more likely a bunch of problems. From busted up expensive £200 Collectors editions Box's that came from America and now I got the hassle of sending back and suffering not having it cause its now sold out. QC issues now don't even get me started, simply tooo many to mention. Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
After My latest Review I had Extreme issues with megaton being ultra loose after just 1 Transformation! & need to upload a rant about it.
My legacy lockdowns arms are pretty loose, I don’t know if that’s due to mold degradation (he was a redeco of a redeco of scraphook) but I still like him
I just want to collect toys that resemble what I played with and satisfy childhood nostalgia with the show. But there are too many lines and too many inconsistencies and nothing is in stock that you want. Why would I want to buy a product that is so difficult to buy? The hasbro website looks like crap and nothing is in stock.
This is a Perfect Comment! Couldn't agree more, it's a hassle & they keep rising prices on top of that. Just doesn't even feel worth it most of the time these days.
Great stuff good points were made.
I agree, the state of Transformers toys has really gone downhill, and the prices are getting ridiculous. You need to do a rant on LEGO as well, especially the Marvel sets and how they have been overcharging for sets with less than 400 pieces. The Marvels set they are doing is going to retail for $90, and it looks more like a $20-30 set! It's frickin ridiculous!
I already kinda did a Lego rant a few months back
@@nicklegostava I watched it last night. Why do I have this feeling that next year is only going to get worse...
5:11 I agree. Do you think the companies, that make the most money in the toy industry, really care about the world? Price goes up and quality goes down. Third party figures sometimes better quality and price. İronic
Ya, even some 3rd party prices are up there these days
I am ashamed to admit it but I’ve been that guy who steals figures but I never did when the window was there so I see it as tempting I know it’s not an excuse but I’m not paying almost normal voyager for a core sized deluxe
Honestly Don't blame u one bit. Hasbro is a joke these days. Hard to even want to Support them as a Company.
So you'll happily break the law and see the rest of us off just because you DON'T WANT to pay the prices?
It's not just you. They will end up at Ollie's anyway.
Whats Ollie's?
@@nicklegostavaBargain bin store. They buy stuff big retailers can't sell, and then sell em for cheap. If your toys ends up there, it's a major L.
are those in the US?
@@9ALiTY Yep.
@@ShatteredGlassUnicron I've never heard of them or seen one
You could have just said it's gay and nobody would have disagreed (im in the vortex HELP)
Ya & the funny thing is the earthspark trash is $20 for a Deluxe. They're just price goudging their real fans for the Actual stuff people want.
For real And they'd never produce the amount that they actually need for the shit people care about And their price heights Are because of their own stupidity, such as wasting paint and plastic and overproducing things that people don't want.
