Although the tall windows in the bedroom and dining area are nice. I'd have opted for the standard double hung windows myself. Just my personal preference. Overall a very nicely laid out floor plan. Oh and bedroom access to the deck would have been nice to have as well.
It is a lovely design. I can imagine this as a wonderful start. I love the huge walkthrough windows. The size is great for a single. Love the wood detail and covered porch!
But there are a few things...
Primarily, where are you housing the mechanicals?... where is the hot water heater & HVAC?
Then as a secondary....storage? I can understand here is no laundry but where do I put my mop or vacuum? There is so little storage. What if my guest has a coat? Or any bath supplies? These designs are so pretty to look at but actually living would be hard. There are two tvs but no place for sheets or extra towels? I would change a few things to take it from pretty on paper to practical.

Yes! You have to look at the practicality and livability of the plan as well. It may look good, but it also has to function well.

This is nice.. we understand that in tiny house the spaces are limited. For me it’s okey that the bedroom near to the bathroom. Normally kitchen is also near to the bathroom.. because its a tiny house. There is no more spaces. 😊

I know these are 1 bedroom house but could you please separate the bedrooms and toilets from the kitchen and lounge by using a passage that is probably 1.5m x 3m please.

Hermosa, pero yo sacrifico el espacio exterior para que el cuarto tuviera ese espacio extra entre la pared y la cama, yo sé lo terrible que es tener la cama pegada a la pared ya sea para hacer la cama o para la persona levantarse de ese lado, pasar por encima del otro muy incomodo, solo le cambio eso....lo demás es un sueño...y las areas de servicios tan utiles y necesarias no las hizo...
I would prefer a big island in the kitchen with plenty of counter and seating instead of a tiny table and chairs otherwise perfect

So many designers and architects just come short of missing the mark! Glass or French doors instead of a window to outside off the kitchen would open up the area even more for access to outside dinning! A simple change of the bath room door so you don’t enter off the kitchen. But more than likely it’s a guy who designed this and I think like a woman entertaining friends😁I also like laying in bed looking outside through glass sliders or French doors! Not a wall!
