I think the Pyramid Napkin fold is the quickest & easiest one to make. Especially if you're looking for a time saver and need to get the restaurant set up fast. I can easily fold one in less than 15 secs & manage to get 20 or so tables done in a pinch. Hail the Pyramid fold!
