Bio flow thrown out - what model of Eheim do you use? lid thrown out - did you have to leave that white part of the cover so it makes the glass more sturdy? I’m currently analyzing whether should I get lido 120 with bioflow and lid built in - or should I get just an open aquarium, as I plan to use external filter anyway
If you plan on using an external filter then why are you looking into juwel tanks lol. I never understood why people remove the juwel filters. They aren't ugly, they hide your heater, they're quiet, easy to clean and can have huge amounts of filter media in them and they have a pseudo skimmer built into them. They're basically better than most external filters.
