Heels are important for your pageant walk. Since everyone will be wearing 4 to 5 inch heels you will not stand out. You want to use your height to advantage so wearing heels is a plus.

Thanks for the Love Kulwinder. Most Mrs. pageants don't have a height criteria, however at our pageant is is 5ft and above. So you are eligible.

There is no written rule as to what body type is needed .However it helps to be fit. If you want to participate give yourself a year to be ready.
