Plz tell me how to get qeema dried ? I always get qeema wet . dont you wash meat before ?
@@sairatanweer3811 after washing the qeema in a strainer, just press and drain out as much water as you can... then place the strainer in a container and leave in the fridge for a few hours to drain out all the excess water 😊

It's easy way to make seekh kbab in busiest schedule . M also used this trick. .new thing today for me grilled veg sauce. . In uae a rice meal called mandi served with veg sauce but without grilled veg nd I m also make same way but now i'll make in ur style mam. . Love u
