I’m not sure what happened to my previous comment, so I’ll be short. Two of the world’s greatest shredders, combined with exceptional bass and vocals. Oh I’m sorry, did I forget to mention one of the best drummers on Earth? Love this band!

Their journey of coming together is rather interesting story to tell. In short, all band members have vast experience and mastered in their own instruments over the years on their own before mayu get them all together for a session. The 'relatively young' (on the scene) bassist Haraguchi-san and vocalist mayu really proved themselves worthy of being able to hold their own and stand firm on equal footing with more experienced musicians like the seasoned veteran Full-fledged Metal Guitarist Hazuki along with the powerful presence of two 'royal' status musicians of Metal Guitar Goddess SAKI and Smiling Drum Goddess Murata Tamu. They are well-known on their own settings years before NEMOPHILA and when they get together, they are not messing around. Furthermore, Hazuki actually 'upgraded' herself to 7-strings guitars for 'the NEMOPHILA sound', catching up to already prominent 7-strings guitarist SAKI and 5-strings bassist Haraguchi-san. So yes, they will only get better and better from day 1 with no sign of slowing down. 🤘🏻

Nemophila was only formed 4 years ago. They were originally a session band and did mostly covers. I always say this is one of the most improved bands over the last couple of years, rising to the top very rapidly. Lovebites and BandMaid have risen very quickly as well, but these girls are right there with them now.

Raitei means Thunder, and they brought the thunder. When you get the chance, and I know you will, watch the last few seconds and keep your eye out for the mic drop. Yeah...they knew it! Maybe Revive next?
This was the first song that I heard from these amazing ladies and I was sold from day one. The ending is definitely RAITEI.(Thunder) Don't forget there's no IA at the end of Nem-o-phil-a. It's actually the scientific name for a blue and white flower that grows abundantly in Spring in Japan. The five petals representing each band member.
Another great reaction Dude.. You need to do a couple of their covers. A double header of Kiss Detroit rock city, and Seikima II / Cursed Sha-na-na-na (make up and all) is a great place to start.. Best wishes from France

Ok, I have a surprising, new (created in 2020) Japanese band for you, Whiskey Dust. Start with "Liar" song.
Whiskey Dust is a Hard-Rock band from Japan (created in 2020; 14 songs so far) with 2 main ladies (vocalist-entertainer Hironaka Gsbeq Aya, and guitarist/backing-vocals Erika Van Halen ...yes, that her name, plus she's in a Van Halen tribute band together with Whiskey Dust producer, Watanabe-san , who is also the owner of the famous Thunder Snake Atsugi musical/ concerts/ studio-recording/ instruments-shop venue).
The men in the band are "old style" drummer Nakajima Hajime, and Oshiba on bass. Their original bass player was a woman, Yuri, but after the first year she went back "from hiatus" to her old band Azazel (now called Hades...you should check this band too, just start with their latest _"Bring it on!!!"_ song).
Back yet again! They just released a live video for Change The World, and I highly recommend it. Upbeat, almost punk rock sound with an uplifting message

So if you want another similarly positive metal song, I would suggest Lonesome_Blue - Face the Fear. I would call it "Nemophila Lite" because the song is similar but without any growl screams compared to most Nemophila tracks.
Nice reaction seems like you are well on your way your J-Rock masters degree. You seem like your ready for Hanabie and their song (Pardon me / I've got to go now) ias a great place to start. Another great J-rock band is Trident with their song Spoopy, def worth checking out.

Don’t know if someome else has already mentioned this but the band is called Nemophila not nemophilia. There is no 2nd “I” at the end!!! Pronounced nemoPHILA (like the first part of Philadelphia if that helps getting it right) Glad you like them so much but pay them the respect to at least get their name right! 👍
