I have done 2lacs + on 2016 top model diesel zest, still running on oem clutch
It was a nice car but shortage of storage spaces for a family car, which Tata designers missed out too. But frankly, I always wanted Tata to provide this 1.3l diesel in Tiago it would have been a great combination 👌👌👌

agar intercooler ki placement engine ke upar hai to change kar ke dekhiye vista me .front me lagane se fark pad sakta hai.

Both are good cars. Ecosport is a rare item but Etios is reliable. Tough choice. Depends on what kind of the other person is. For example, I will suggest Ecosport to a jolly person, preferable small family or single, while Etios to a family guy or a person who is above 40s. Just a fluke. Anyone can like any car. Difficult to suggest blindly.
