I would recommend to use a different clean mask every time you go to the gym and try the cloth ones, that is what I do! You can buy some cloth ones at Ross and they are a good size, not too small or too big!

Hi Adriana, use hydrogen peroxide on the pimples to clean the area and don’t touch them at all when you have dirty hands. You can use diaper rash cream (yes diaper rash cream for babies (Desitin the blue box) that would help) and put a thin layer on the area at night. If it keeps spreading you might need antibiotics to help reduce the bacteria. I hope it helps ! 😐

Hey girl! I usually wash my face right after working out and it helps me because I had that same problem. I’m not sure if bathrooms are available in your gym? After your workout go in there and just rinse your sweat off your face real quick before going home

It’s normal to get pimples while you’re working out it’s just taking everything out it’s cleaning your whole body so it’s totally normal and you can use sábila it has worked for me for years put it overnight and then wash it in the morning you can even put in the mornings for 30 minutes but at night leave it overnight. Btw the sábila you can get the plant at food4less where all the fruit and veggies are at it’s a big plant and when you cut it make sure you pinch it so all the juice can come out and keep putting it on you’re face, hope it works for you💗✨

I have acne prone skin and i bought silk masks, they are more gentler on your face and help with acne. If you feel like you need more protection you can wear the silk mask under another mask.

Adriana, chula dicen que las máscaras de tela son mejor para evitar que te salga maskne y lavarlas cada vez que las usas. También puedes usar los acne patches que venden en target de la marca mighty patch! Hope this helps🥺🙏🏻💖
Hola Adriana. Viendo el video pediste advise sobre los granitos que ue salen en tu cara. Mi advise es que pongas en un frasquito con alcohol unas tiritas de romero y lo dejes fermentar por unos 3 dias y ya despues de ahi todos los dias aplicate en la cara con un algodoncito remojado con el unguento. So here’s my beauty secret for acne, I’m sensitive skin and during teenage years this is what did to control any acne popping out. I used pumada de azufre (you can find it at CVS or Walgreens en sección hispana). I imagine porque you are working out, your body is getting rid off the toxins. Use the azufre just at night and then use a lot of moisturizer (azufre is very drying) & yo usaba también aloe (the actual plant as a facial mask).
