శైలు గారు శుభ మధ్యాన్నం, మీ explanation superb
నాకు తెలిసిన tip చెబుతున్న
1. ఉల్లిపాయలు oil లో వేసిన తర్వాత ఉప్పు వేయడం వలన కూర/ ఉల్లిపాయ లో ఉన్న తీపిదనాన్ని హరిస్తుంది
2. Motton లో water ఊరి మళ్లీ ఇంకిపోతున్నప్పుడు 1/2 tea spoon పసుపు వేసి కొంచెం కలిపి మరలా మూత వేస్తే మళ్లీ ఒకసారి water ఊరి ముక్క బ్రహ్మాండంగా ఉడుకుతుంది
3. అప్పుడు కారం వెయ్యాలి
మీరూ చెప్పినట్టు శ్రద్ధగా మాత్రమే వంట చెయ్యాలి
అప్పుడు మనకు రుచి తిరుగు ఉండదు
