For Facebook ads go international. CPM is too expensive in the states. Got great results with Greece/Spain, have to manual bid though for best results if not you're not getting the best possible traffic and rather what's left over. Google Ads, identify a positive ROI. I used to send traffic to a CZcams video which linked to an offer. For every .4c I spent I made .6c back. Scale up slowly. Video marketing converts 1000 times better than text.
