I tried the LOC method, and it didn't work for me. So I do the LCO method, and it does wonders for my hair. Nikki, your hair looks amazing!

The LCO makes more sense. Since oil is a sealant, it would seal in the liquid and cream.

Shania Minter try to devacurl 3 step/no poo transfomation with a lot more gel than you would usually do, it will make your hair look wet xx then when you scrunch off the gel cast, dots fluff it at all

Did my very first LOC using regular conditoner and I LOVE how it weighed my hair down, defined and moisturized my curls.
I only use oil and leave in, that keeps my hair hydrated for a few days!🙂
I guess I used the LLOC method, lol, because I use water mixed with aloe vera juice, then I put my leave in on, followed by an oil mixture, and my cream is the last thing I used, I must put water on my hair first.
I've been doing this without even knowing there was a name for it.

Transitioning back to au naturel from relaxing 2 years ago! New to the loc method been doing it for less than 6 months but I've been confused with how I maintain my washes. Can I use the loc method for also daily styling or is just after wash and conditioning? Need some inspiration for styling in between washes X
Tried this on my daughter's hair tonight. Twisted her hair ready for bed. Will see how it looks tomorrow. Do I need to any anything tomorrow or over the next few days to her hair in the morning?

Yh my hair will last half a day like this I have similar curls but more Shrinkage and more dry/brittle. ‘High porosity’ . Idk what products I should use to keep my hair defined for 5 days that’s like a dream come true :(

Ok so for the letter c on the loc method whats creams do you pick is it a curk defining cream a detangler cream or a soothing curk cream uve seen so many different things but have no idea what cream to use im doing my sons hair and he has 3b textured hair, someone please assist me 😂
Before you start the loc method process your hair have to be dry?.
Can I use cocoa butter, coconut oil, then styling cream for this method?

In my opinion her hair looks 3b, there are a lot of s curls. She most likely has two textures, which a lot of people do.

Nooo...conditioner is not made for washing hair, especially the scalp, it just sets on the hair. It dosent clean it.
Yes it does. The friction is what causes it to clean. I cowash all the time and it's the same as shampooing just less drying.
