- OH NO! Some NOSY neighbor complained about some brush next to some duplexes. So unfortunately, after an inspection it was determined that the overgrown area had to go! So Munchie and me do what we do best and we MULCHED IT DOWN!

Mr. Munchie is my absolute favorite! I think I could watch him munching away all day long!
Nothing better than spending some quality time with Munchie. Great job, but I agree with other posters that it didn't look that bad to me before the job was done.
Hope the nosey neighbor got some of the snakes and skunks in their yard and garage.
You’re improving with every video. Good show!
How can watching Munchie at work be SO mesmerizing ?? (Magnificent colours of green & blue too - lovely job!)
Looks great. I hate when.people get like that. That's why I hate having people around.
I'd fence it all into pastures, build a barn and move about 6 horses and a mule in there! See how the neighbors like the mule waking them up in the morning, oh yeah and chickens with a noisy rooster!
at least they gained yard space out of this i think it looks much better all mowed down vs all overgrown like it was
Oh dear - my back fence neighbour's climbing vines were overtaking one corner of my garden (about 6' high and 4' into my yard), their side is left of course - my son demolished it recently - am I one of 'those' neighbours! Like your job, it all looks great now.
What a big change. But I didn't think it looked bad before. But nosy neighbors can be a pain in the butt
Its endlessly frustrating to see overgrowth like this. All it takes it a little mowing every two weeks or so. I love how the owner got back so much yard space.
I agree with you, Davin. That stand of trees wasn’t offensive or covered in ivy or kudzu. It provided a traffic noise buffer, privacy between houses and a bird and animal refuge. Too many trees are being destroyed because of ignorant people. But, the area does look nice so hope that idle person is happy. 😏
Yeah I really didn't see a serious issue with it myself.
Had a suspicion that there would be stumps and limbs in there. The tree growth looked rather young, but at least no garbage or rocks. Terrific job as always! 👍👍
Nice work. Made the yard area much bigger and useable. Makes me think it was a tenant who made the complaint???
Awesome skill you have. The way you went so close to that little shed and cleaned up around it. I hate to see people destroy things but for some reason I love to see munchie eat up those trees and brush. Thank again for a great video.
Love watching Munchie....he has done it again! Lol
I watch this and think of being 10 yrs old with my grandfather and we had scythes and hand sicles and a few hand held tree saws. When we went to clear space or a fence row, that was hard work but well worth it to be with my grandfather. You could do in one hour that would have taken us a week to get done. The only thing we had back then was the ability to burn all our brush as we cut it so didn't have to haul anything away. He would be so amazed at technology and machinery if he were alive today. He died in 1985 and worked for a lawn and tree trimming service and retired when he was 80. He was 85 when he died. That man loved to work outdoors.
I was sad to see the pine trees shredded but, look at the lot size now!
That machine makes working fun!
You just took out 10,000 ticks ,2000 snakes , 1.6 million misquotes . Keep it up
It's the misquotes that are the most dangerous. Especially when pushed by the MSM. lol
Awww, that’s too bad the land had to be cleared!!! Why would anyone prefer to look at an empty lot instead of trees and shrubbery? Maybe a little clearing but not entirely. Hope they build a strip center or gas station for the nosey neighbor.
Doubt it. That area looks like it’s zoned residential.
Di mana ini negara mana aku berminat mesenya brow..
Probably going to build on land now. There's a mission there obviously
Same same..should have cleared out the underbrush and left those white pines!
Ugly now!
Perhaps a garden spot
I love watching munchie. A pity some of those juvenile pines could not be cut into pieces for winter indoor heating or summer outdoor cooking
I hope the township made the nosy neighbor pay for this, since they are the only people that these trees bothered.
The pines are beautiful what a pity
Should have got it deemed a bird sanctuary and then it wouldn't matter what anyone said ever again. LOL
There is something so satisfying watching munchie work. I bet people would pay you to do this.
awsome job well done like how the munchie went through all thoughs scrubbie trees unbeleivable pretty good transformation nosy noisy neighbours happens any were and every where at least the problems was resolved munchie equipment.
It's so satisfying watching munchie in time-lapse!! Thanks
If you don't make it in landscaping, you have a future in woodworking. Love the way you removed that old fallen tree
Love the time lapsed shots great work Viewing in Northern Ireland
Good afternoon.
My Southside neighbors wife told me " you're destroying my woods"
She crossed the property line to tell me through cussing.
Escort,Oust and Spike 80W.
All herbicides and I sprayed a 50ft line, took a week but nothing is growing at the fence/property line on my side for a long, long time
Yeah, I don't understand why anybody was complaining about that in the first place. I think it's just a matter of opinion if this looks better than what was there. I don't mind thick growth in woody areas myself. I also have no idea what the county/city code is for a vacant lot. Having all those pines mature, to me, would have looked nice.
Never mind destroying wildlife habitat & potentially flood mitigation....
Looks great, sure extended the duplex back yards.
WOW, Davin, that's got to make you feel good, when you see what you accomplished with that clearing job. It looks really nice. You really pay attention to the details and leave your projects looking terrific. Another fine job!
Impressive. Never seen an entire mature tree mulched, that was epic!
Damn!!!! That’s a bad ass machine
I'm so glad you left some of the growth.
It looks real good.
Love that machine he's using.
I just love watching Munchie work!! ❤️❤️
Yeah i really do. Nice work
I just love it when you speed up the camera and I can see you doing the job faster. I enjoy all your videos. Thanks so much. Love the Mulcher.
Stupid question: why is it not allowed to grow trees and shrubbery on your property in the land of the free and the brave?
A lot of cities, municipalities, HOAs and such will have code or ordinances that say how your yard/ lot can look. I've seen some where only certain vegetation (like indigenous plants) can be planted, how high your grass can be, color of mulch, all kinds of stupid crap people sitting on a board somewhere dream up. Some are good in a way, keeping the neighborhood in order and some make absolutely no sense. And in many cases, you can rack up some pretty hefty amounts in fines or fees. Always check city codes or bylaws when looking to buy or build a home. There can be some crazy stuff you wouldn't even think about until you get a notice. Door has to be a certain color, no grilling meat on Tuesday after 7, no pet kangaroos, brown spots in grass must be green ( that's an actual bylaw of an HOA where I work sometimes).
A very selfish and self centered question. What's good for one person is not always what's good for another or the community. If what you do on your land affects other people or the neighborhood, then you might be prohibited from doing it. For instance, you might think that Kudzu is an attractive plant that would good in your garden, but it could be very detrimental to the area because its growth cannot be contained. That's why rules and laws are made and enforced.
Because the world is full of people who spend more time worrying about the people around them than themselves.
@@T-bone1950 interesting reply. You seem to have lost sight of your priorities. There is a huge difference between selfish (which I'm not), and self centered (which I am. And everybody who isn't is a fool who centers around somebody else or a figment of the imagination). And if I remember well this video was about safety.
"What's good for one person is not always what's good for another or the community. If what you do on your land affects other people or the neighborhood...sic", is a very subjective opinion. There are always people who complain about anything they don't like. A lot of people can't deal with the real world and want reality to be controlled, organized, and free of any danger. That attitude will lead us to a police state because we will lack resilience.
Other people's feelings are NOT important to anybody else then themselves. There are basic standards of decency, but shrubbery on your own property is nobodies business.
@@featherpayne If you mean they fear their judgement, or their feelings about you, I agree. We seem to have entered a new Victorian era, where everything you do should be judged, or at least open for public scrutiny. It seems that your business is everybodies business nowadays. Less personal freedom is better. that's the new slogan.
Looks really great Devon can't wait to see the Asv in action👍👍👍👍👍
Man I'd love to try using that machine!!!
Good fences make good neighbors
Absolutely amazing job!
Years ago when I had rentals I had a neighbor bitching about the height of my grass all of the time. He watered his everyday and cut it every other. I asked if grass was a requirement and the city told me no. So I killed every ounce it and didn't have to cut it for five years. Finally the old pain in the ass former GM Line boss died and I cut grow grass again.
Awesome machine! Never saw anything like it. Now the property is twice as big.😊
Fantastic Machine does every thing in one GO !!!
Gotta love nosy neighbors. 😂. Always putting there nose where it doesn’t belong. I’m sure the owner will plus have handled it if they went straight to him instead of the city. I’ve seen those tripods before. They are crazy looking that tall. Also I just discovered something called Snap Mounts. Might want to check on those also. Magnetic mounts. Anyhow enjoyed it.
Great job. Great video
Looks really good. Nice job
You sure cleaned that mess up ! 👍👍👍
Looks great…bet it smells wonderful mulching all those pines!
As usual a fantastic job! 👍 I feel sorry for the homeowner, especially since he is new to the neighborhood 😢 ❤
Nice work Devin!👍🏼
Davin vs Devin
Awesome job. You have amazing control of the machine. Munchie is the best. Thanks.
love this stuff man great job man .
AWESOME.....You are "The Man of that Machine".....for sure...!!
Yeh, couldn’t see that fallen log, it was pretty thick vegetation. Great job as usual Davin, generous of the client to gift you that tripod, looks a beauty. Take care & cheers 🐨🦘🥰
and the imitations ?lol!!greettings, from Brazil!
Nice work. That neighbor is lucky I wasn't the owner. I would have done the minimum to satisfy the city then left the rest with a maze path thru it.
Erect a giant middle finger sign facing her house with the words "like the new view!?" Under it.
Looks great. Another wonderful job finished. ✌🏻❤️🙂🙏
Absolutely amazing machine in the hands of a superb operator!
Great job as usual
It was a bit overgrown, but gosh the wildlife.... you did a Good job. GM
Much better job with MUNCHIE than skid steer, great job...
Looks great!
Looks so much better .
Beautiful job 👏 👌
That is a lovely grove of trees and bushes. Sometimes neighbors are the problem, not trees! Damn!!! But, I guess this helps a nosy neighbor be even more nosy - nothing blocking their pathetic view!!! Not much privacy after that clearing. I hate that you took down that last Birch tree (I think it was a Birch).
But, You did a great job of “sprucing” up the area!
Nice work! That job had the ideal material for your setup!
Yeah everything in there except that big, downed rotten tree was perfect for this setup. I got that tree tho, just took a big to grind it all down.
Pretty nice pines removed, ppl need to mind their business. So much for green space and deer, squirrel and rabbit habitat
It looks so much lighter and brighter. I love the Timelapse
Fine job done,Sir.👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
Good job..looks great..
I hope the nosy neighbor is satisfied now. 😢 . I would start landscaping the area and replant trees “strategically” . Can’t see what’s wrong with keeping the area green and cool around your house
Smooth operator.
I love the sped up parts. that makes the video great
I love that machine! It works fantastic great job
great job, I believe you could mow grass with that thing
That is one powerful piece of kit, I suppose the good thing it will all come back give time , (and a degree of neglect.)
Some nosy, neighborhood Karen is going to bitch that your company, "did not take up the wood chips after you were finished mulching."
Nice job - as that was mostly the backyards for those two houses - you did a nice job of making it as clean cut as possible for them.
Nicely Done.
Excellent Job
Thank you Debbie!
Feel bad about the Pine trees. I would be pissed about having to cut them down.
Nice clearing though.
No NOSY neighbour of mine have any business look in to my garden/yard, I would put up a well trimmed 8 feet hedge instead along the boarders then there is no way he/she can complain. If there is still complaints just report the neighbour to the police for intruding on your right to privacy.
What we see here in this video is a well needed habitat for wilderness and insects destroyed for no reason at all, just because the neighbour "need" to see what you are doing in your backyard.
I wish some of the group of pines could have been saved for wildlife.
Awesome job with that mulcher takes a lot of skill to do such a good job as you do.. you are very good in operating that machine. God Bless.
great job
Looks awesome mate. It cleaned up nice. When u hit that old stump and all that white dust went everywhere I thought u might have hit someone’s drug stash 😂🤣
Great job
Gday from new Zealand..awesome job
Well done 👍👏👏👏😊
I would of liked the bigger pines stay smell really good
MUNCHIE for the win !!!!!
It looks nice when done but I prefer it before the job start. Thank you and have a good day.
So sad to see all that wildlife habitat taken away ,the neighbours would not get away with that here in England .
That mulcher does an awesome landscaping on a large scale and faster. I have seen machines like that on other equipment but no less than awesomeness.
Thank you Marilyn! Glad you enjoyed watching!
NICE JOB
