if you have the tick, many things have fixed it...oil change, going up to 5w30 oil, and the most consistent fix I've seen is adding liquid moly ceratec when you do an oil change...I had that same noise on my 16 and went up to 5w30 and added ceratec. car runs smoothly and have had zero issues
Ceratec dump two bottles each time you change the oil … no tick
Just picked up my 2022 gt pp1 loving it! Mustangs get a bad rep for losing control because its the most popular sports car in America with more than enough power to get you in trouble. As the mopar's are gaining popularity so are the increase in videos of scats and cats crashing into absolutely everything
Well put Carl. Exactly what I was thinking. Any car with 450+ horsepower car get a person in trouble if your not careful. I got a 21 GT 2 months ago, I'm also loving it.
Agreed gotta respect them or know how to drive them if not it’s bound to happen with any of these modern muscle cars
The outside of your Mustang is soooo clean. Wish I would’ve gotten a bright color too, thinking of getting a blue or orange wrap.
That was the best report and very informative great show thank you very much Nick from Sydney Australia
🔥🔥great video bee went into detail on everything
Absolutely beautiful car bro!!! I love that color and if I could've gotten it in 2021 I would have for sure. I ended up going with a brand new 2021 GT Black with the black accent pkg and of course the 401a pkg for the digital gauge cluster. The dealership already had it ordered so I hit them up and reserved it because at the time there was like a 6 month wait period and I didn't want to wait that long lol!!!
I have one and I have never ever had it sideways on me these things put the stock power down amazing
Beautiful car love the color, Im currently in the market for one leaning towards a black one or orange fury. Not all mustangs comes with digital dash inly the premium with 401a package. Most people hate on it because they can’t afford it.
Love the vid bro & I use to have the same type written tick I did a oil change and put ceratec and it went away I have a 2020 pp1 as well
Great Vid Big bee
Nice video. What are you filming with it's so clear. 👍
That’s a clean ass logo my boy hope your merch is recognized as much as your vids
Thank you I really appreciate that! I hope you get some one day 🤝💯
Really enjoyed your vid. We have a 2022 GT ordered in Grabber Blue and yes we will have 10 less HP. Almost went with the 6spd manual but decided on the Auto and after watching your video, glad we went with it. I learned to drive on a 67 plymouth belvedere 2 door, but only had a 318 V8 in it. The Plymouth had a 3 speed manual on the steering column (3 on the tree). Would be an excellent anti-theft device today as I don't believe to many folks would even know how to shift it!!
Hearing all this talk about size and how cramp ppl be in these coups while I'm here 5'4 not having any of these problems 😂
Thank you for the honest feedback man. I really appreciate it. Shout out from South Africa 🇿🇦
I agree with all you have said and YES the loudest car ever !!! , specially when you add after market exhaust and it does not sound cheap , Camaros for me are way too claustrophobic the windows are way too small .
I own a 20 10 sp GT w/pp1 and active exhaust. The reason people hate on any car is envy. Some people buy the same brand of car over and over because they are afraid of change. I have lived Ford most of my life. I have owned Camaro's and Firebird's. I have driven Mopar's but just cannot buy one. Too expensive for same amount of performance, but I do like the Challenger Scat. For the money it's tough to beat the Mustang. IMO you made the perfect choice for a performance car.
No matter which car you drive their will always be haters.
Well said
The s650 ?
Let's go 🔥🔥🔥🐺
I got a pp1 ecoboost. With a time this things a beast
My bro📈🤝🏾🙏🏾🔥💯
Damn bro I just got out of work and noticed someone scraped my 2020 GT. Thankfully there’s no dent but my paint got scratched off hopefully it isn’t too deep.
I’ve noticed the tick is way softer and not as bad when I use 5w30 full synthetic oil instead of 5w20. To be fair I can’t hear anything outside of exhaust now after the roush install.
Good vid man, keep it up.
@@norskyver I didn’t void anything and it was also advised by the techs at a Ford dealership to avoid the tick. Initially, they told me 5w-50 due to it being Texas and the summertime gets pretty hot as well as the way I drive the car. I would imagine 5w-30 would be a great middle marker for oil especially due to the fact that there weren’t many engine changes from 2019 and 2020, and the cap on the 2020 says to use 5w-30.
@@norskyver I’m taking the advice from a performance shop, mustang forums, and a Ford tech over a group of engineers trying to meet a CAFE standard, then reversing said decision immediately the next year in which is believed to be because it runs quieter and protects the engine better. I have switched back to 5w-20 before to see if I can tell any difference and to be honest, nothing I can tell which means I should probably go with the guys who have to fix them (I’m sure they are tired of hearing about ticking issues). Obviously I’m not telling anyone to do anything directly, so I’m unsure why you feel the need to question my decisions in the way I’m interpreting it. Maybe you aren’t! Damn text conversations.
@@norskyver I checked out your channel. Your car sounds fantastic btw!
We owned a 18 5.0 that had a pro charger n nitros n it ticked like that but it never blew it was sketch tho
I love you bigbee 💞💞
Noty gang 🔥
💪🏾💪🏾
Git a bullitt here in uk love it nice video
I heard that the only reason for the back seat is that it somehow makes the insurance cheaper.
The ticking could be the timing belt but not sure.
You ever get the ticking fix?
3,600 pounds is pretty light. I thought they were 3,800 pounds with the full premium. That’s because you have the 401A and PP1 package I would think you’d be even heavier. I wonder how much the base models weigh.
Yeah I was surprised! I have a video of me weighing it at the track if you want the link to see
@@bigbeetv yeah bro could you link me
what makes the pp1 so heavy compared to the base ?
Damn 18 MPG 👀 I just sold my charger and I think mustang is my next move for sure
Lmk how you feel about it. As a scat owner I’ve been thinking of making the switch.
I'm in the same boat!! You can get a gt500 for almost the same price as some scatpacks or used hellcats!
@@shanebanich1498Literally in the same boat. The Dodge's are BOATS! So heavy.
2019 PP1 10sp, kooks long tubes, high Flo cats, Steeda x pipe, and Steeda exhaust. Stupid loud and fast.put a 295 or 305 on rear!
And tune it!
Man just by the thumbnail i knew this was near tomball lmaoooo
My cars 30k miles and it doesn't tick
I have headphones in and the audio went straight the the left.
Plus put a roll cage in the back
Bottle of ceratec every 2 to 3 oil changes and you will not have a tick at all.
W promo ong💀
Will the GT be much for me to handle? I’ve always wanted one but I don’t have much experience with powerful cars.
This is a gt
I'm 19 years old and getting one in november of 2022 and have no experience either but that's why you test drive to try and get feel for things, go and look for an empty parking lot when test driving and push it to see if you can get a feel of control.
This is my first v8 car at 21 and i think it’s perfect, people only crash these cars because they can’t fucking drive
@@user-yi6dd1pi8s fr tho…. I just turned 20 yesterday and now working from home for my moms business. And since the money is getting good iv decided for my first car will be the 2024 mustang pre ordered and hopefully it’s gas powered.
I’m 19 just turned in October and getting a mustang GT I have expirence in driving v8s
Damn so no muffler delete??? That thing sounds mean
Yessir just full exhaust system!💨🔥
You can’t put anything bigger than a 285 on the front without having rubbing issues. Also, if you can’t control the car, then you just don’t know how to drive. And this is coming from someone who owns a 2018 mustang GT PP1 fully optioned with a six speed.
No one cars
What tires do you run?
the tick comes from the direct injection
Only reason I’m getting mustang is to race and have fun the tick is the only thing that bothered me but yea will be my first car picking it up today
Chris hope you got your Mustang. Just to let you know, putting in 5w30 oil will prevent the tick from developing. It used to be 5w20, but Ford switched to the 5w30 starting in 21 to prevent it. It even says 5w30 on the oil cap now.
@@tyarnold4088 never got it it was sold before I could get to it actually... it was a 2019 premium model but now I’m waiting to see how the new s650 will be like ... patience is key I already missed out on 2 good deals and one of them had the digital dash for a really good price with 1,500 miles and the price dropped 9k and waited to see if it’ll lower more but no someone pulled the trigger and got it.
@@chrissanchez9218 yeah be patient and find the right deal. The new ones are definitely sounding interesting. Either way you will love it.
@@chrissanchez9218 what do you think of the new s650 ?!
@@georgiadriven only the dark horse is cool and would like to drive one but the current one I got I like that look better and it really is like a toy/weekend car although I wish I went with the 6speed manual
🔥🔥💪🏾💪🏾
Bro why u only speaking in my left ear?
Bro I have a 2013 challenger and there is a digital dash
No, the Mustang dash is ALL digital. The whole thing is one big screen. No physical gauges or anything.
If u wait until your front wheels are pointed straight and tires are good, and warm and DRY it will hook up. Period.
Tick is the VVT
That makes it more to get sideways
The con for me it's that color. It's not for everybody it's all right.
A bro you have to go get it check cause my friend has a 2019 5.0 cayote but it has never ticked
Ruff shifts
Not gonna lie the audio gave me extreme headache
How
@@bigbeetv Im wearing headphones and I think you kept putting your hand over the mic and i could only hear from the left side, then back to normal, then left side again then back to normal repeat
Okay thank you so much! I’ll keep that in mind
Yeah it kept going from dual side to left side. I thought I needed to pop my ears until I paused it.
I love the looks of the mustang completely. What turned me off of it was the interior. It just made me not wanna buy it. So I went with the charger RT & I'm going trade in soon idk for what exactly probably that scat pack
Nah that tick aint kosher
Dodge has digital and old school
i agree with con#4 but fucc them 💯
It has a bad rep just like pitbulls
31k miles already
WTF!! FORD!!
