something I haven't heard xqc talk about, cookies are marketed as healthy snack with vitamin d but in order to get your daily vitamin D requirement you would have to eat 25-35 cookies since there is only 3mcg per bag of 7, marketing them for having vitamin d kind of seems like a scam
my daily vitamin d pill has 250 mcg lol (i need extra strength for long scandinavian winters), almost 100 cookies worth of vit d daily. her vit d health cookies are pure marketing bullshit
I make sure to eat 35 of these cookies on the daily to keep up with my Vitamin D requirement.
