I have traveled almost all the airlines in the world but the beauty of Indian Airlines/Air India has been its approach towards patients (I suffered brain stroke multiple times in the last 14 years) providing assistance while boarding and getting off the plane. I was provided exclusive exit on wheelchair thru the front right side of the aircraft in the catering van with four staff members holding me. Nothing else matters. The human touch is more than enough.
From USA. After Tata took over, I traveled twice from USA to Mumbai and and believe me nothing has been changed same old broken stuff

Travelled to Maldives by Sri Lankan airlines 3yrs back and the experience was good as it had variety of food. Then traveled through Air Canada nonstop 16hrs aircraft,services and crew was good but food was okiesh but had the good experience overall in both the trips

Ya traveling in business class something great one should try it, i travelled from India to Indonesia by Thai Airways in Business class, it's a beautiful memories I have from 2018. Due to lockdown didn't got time to go for international vacation again, Will have it soon again.

Very good vlog harry, being the child of an air india hostess I have travelled to Canada USA in the same 777 fleet business class and it's indeed insane and the food and tv screen is impeccable. I hope you prosper in life and never think about economy class and fly out of india

The food quality still needs a lot of improvement. Air India still has not got out of the government mindset.
They need to match the likes of Singapore Airlines and Middle Eastern Airlines to reach back to its original glory.

The lounge was closed back in January because of COVID when I was coming back home to YVR. It’s nice to see that it has reopened. I am on Air Canada this time around so not sure if that’s the same lounge they use for business class.
The business class unfortunately is very very dated. It’s from probably 15 years ago. The service is terrible too. It’s quite sad and I am not going to spend my hard earned $$$ until they upgrade. I think with the new takeover by TATA it will happen sooner than later. Until then, there are way better choices to India.
Emirates economy class is way better than Air India Business class
