Because the die was specific to the pipe size. Most dies are labels 2" 3" etc. But a Pipe isn't 2" on the outside all the time. Plus some dies arn't 2" exactly. For instance Harbor Freight sells a 2" die pipe bender, BUT in order for you to bend a pipe perfectly like in this video your pipe needs to have a OD of 2.3". SO if your having pipe kinking issues that doesnt mean you cant bend your 2" pipe with a 2.3" die labeled 2". You just need to cover up one end of your pipe, Tightly pack with sand to support the inside so it doesnt kink. and if needed heat up the pipe in the area your going to bend it before hand.
@@AlphaWolfElectronics The reason they're labeled wrong is because some benders are meant for tube vs pipe. Tube is measured by outer diameter and pipe is measured by inner diameter.

You should make its stronger by change structure of frame . It will be broken if under more pressure from hydraulic machanism .
