    Thanks for the explanation, I've been hired by a company through the highly qualified employees programme (employee card not blue card), what benefits can this programme offer to me ? And am I allowed to bring a family member with me to the czech republic when under this programme?

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  Před 2 lety +1

      The only benefit there is that you can actually apply :D If you are say an Indian and your employer is not registered in any of these programs, you can never get an employee card, there are no spots outside of these programs. The processing van also be faster sometimes. Bringing your family is generally not a problem.

    Hi mate 😁 I hope you're well I have a question which is not related exactly to this topic : I was 5 years refugees in Germany and after rejected my Asylum request the Police just deported me to my Home county in Africa :( that was in 2018 ..Now I've been hired from Infosys Company in Brno and My question is can I apply for a Visa without issue? And If I submit my fingers print at Ambassy it's possible to find my Immigration process in Germany? Note: when I was in Germany i has no passport no I'd card they just deported me with a travel document passport which is was applied in my Ambassy in Berlin....
    I appreciate your prompt response 😃

      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey! Well, this is hard to predict. For sure the Czech MOI can see your previous residence permits in other EU countries. If that has any impact on your Czech application will depend on why they deported you. The best is just to apply and see what happens :)

    Hello Mr Jan! I have a question.
    Can I apply Schengen Visa & Employee Card together at a same time in Czech Embassy?
    Is it possible? please answer.
    Thanks in advance.

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey Rajendra, there should be no problem with applying for both Schengen visa and Employee Card at about the same. The thing is that for example in India the Czech Embassy does not deal with short term visas, those are done by VFS Global, you can not apply at the same time since each of the applications must be submitted to a different place :)

    Hi Jan , I have one question. Your suggestion would be helpful- I am having blue card and I am employed with the employer with which I got this. Currently I am in probationary period and don’t want to continue because my skill sets are not matching . I want to resign and meanwhile I have another employer contract . So How I can change my employer . In the probationary period both employer and employee can take decision to fire or quit. So what is the case of employee quits in probationary period. Please suggest .
