loneliness has been get worse for the past 6 months and it's got me in a spot where i can not do normal things i could do 6 months ago and its been getting me down to a point where i walk around and i tell my mom and my granddad that yup i'm fine in yet in side i'm a crying mess where everything hurts and as i'm typing this my throat tightens and i just sit and cry to my self bc i dont have the guts to go up to my mom and granddad and tell them what really going on bc i'm scared that they will just laugh bc they dont really think a person should be feeling this way and thats why in 10 years i haven't told them anything thats been going on with me i'm 17 now and i'm stressing about whats next every day i sleep for sometimes 18 hours bc sleep in the only peace i get i've been lonely and depressed for 10 years. this was a great video Atom keep up the great work it helped me feel better keep up the great work :)

This reminds me when I had a fish tank, I also had tetras, you'd be surprised how much this fishes can grow in the natural habitat, but keeping in those tanks forever it really afects them, thats one of the reason why I dont have anymore

Social boundaries suck
I don't like venting on the internet (Or at all) but I'm one of those people that needs physical affection every day to feel safe and cared for. I get maybe one hug every month or 2 because I don't want to be clingy or look like a creep. I feel like I've been caught in the thing where "Guys can't ask for affection or they're weak" and the "Friends can't hug for more than 2 seconds" thing while being someone that needs a hug every day. I don't like asking for hugs or anything, since for almost 14 years I was told that I can't ask for that kind of stuff as a guy. Last time I tried to be affectionate with someone, she was okay with it at first, and then just cut contact with me and we stopped talking. I don't like getting attached to people anymore either because one way or another, everyone leaves, so why both making bonds with anyone? Anyway, the summary is "I need a hug every day and get one every month and a half and I'm lonely and depressed"
