What is ASMR?
= “Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
Often described as a ‘tingling’ sensation, which can be experienced from visual and audio triggers. The sole purpose of ASMR is to relax people.

I create ASMR with the intention of helping people sleep, relax and de-stress. However, I am in no way claiming that ASMR is a suitable form of treatment.
