Nothing like the fresh ocean breeze from calm waves of endless clear blue waters that meet the skies over a distance.
This was our first time in Axim but is definitely not going to be the last.

This place situated at a village that is part of my hometown maanlɛ, Axim.
Long before the hotel was built in fact there wasnt even a track for vehicles before 1998. But my brothers and friends would to go to this place, Agyan, to swim. We would walk akong the long sandy back or along the path by the shore shaded by coconut palms. On the odd occasion we would even travel a bit further to Mia Mia.
It is a stunning location even without the hotel. Probably the best place to swim in the ocean in Ghana especially between December to March (dry season).
There is no place like it.
