This offering is an ode to Shri Krishna, the deity of the Vishuddhi chakra. The deity of the Vishuddhi has been described as playing the flute and winning the hearts of the worthy, with playful mirth.
Shri Mataji refers to a symbolic story of how the Gopis had become jealous of the flute, pressed frequently to Lord Krishna's lips. Compelled by their emotions, the Gopis finally asked the flute to reveal the secret of its ability to be close to the Lord and the flute spoke of our eternal quest- " The secret is that I am empty inside and Shri Krishna can play whatever He wants through me..."
