Well KP was having a bad game by her standards here and in 2019 KP was hitting superb from the back row and out of system; she got much better.

I like these announcers because they describe plays very well especially uncommon things. It helps me become more educated
One of the announcers is the head coach for USA women's vball and the other one played a long time ago I think but definitely the other one is the USA women's vball head coach
Never realized how truly dominating Stanford is when KP is in system until I watched the championship from this year and came back to watch this one! It’ll be interesting to see how Kendall Kipp fills her shoes and who’s going to replace Mo.
@Anime Texting simply untrue, stanford showed how dominant they can be without plummer during conference play when they won 9 matches and only lost 1 match while plummer was injured. enough of this “she’s carrying the team.” bullshit at its finest. that’s not to say she isn’t an important piece of the puzzle, but she simply would be nothing without her teammates.
@@juice_box186 i highly disagree with that. i never said plummer wasn’t a great hitter, she is one of the greatest to wear a cardinal uniform. she is ESPECIALLY good out of system and that’s what makes her a good hitter, she has considerable jumps plus she’s 6’6 so she can hit down on the court from way off the net. the primary reason they swept through the 2019 NCAA tournament was because of the great out of system play of kathryn plummer. In the final match stanford hit over .400 in transition, that was very much a team effort but of course kathryn plummer had the most kills and hit.459 for the entire match. And if you’ve watched that match you know that a strong amount of those kills were very smart out of system kills.

I agree. I used to have a smooth 1080p60 version. But due to other problems, my channel got deleted. When I try to re-upload it now, this channel (owned by Turner Sports) BLOCKED IT. (Well, a middle hour of it.) I found this video here and it's a crummy 720p30, and probably choppier than p30. I'm very frustrated at Turner Sports (whoever they are). They're putting up needlessly INFERIOR footage.

Girls volleyball is always way better than boys volleyball .because they actually keep the ball in the air
Nah boys volleyball is way more intense and fun to watch idk what you are on
White T Poison idk what YOU are on, guys volleyball is more intense but not more fun to watch. All they do is hit hard, which gets boring and repetitive. Girls volleyball is just a lot cleaner game, and it’s like wow they’re women! It’s just amazing! Keep in mind it’s harder to pass on women’s net than men’s. Clean volleyball is much more fun to watch than just intensity. But trust you will find intensity in women’s volleyball.

@@suneater7281 quite simple actually, women’s net is lower than men’s so a lot of the times their serves are going DOWN on the net rather than over the net. put men on a women’s net, they’re gonna be ripping jump serves like crazy. it’s common sense really, and i’m not lying when i say all they do is hit hard. generally that’s all they really do. as a wise friend once said, men’s volleyball is the most unorganized organized sport. it’s the reason why women’s volleyball is more popular than men’s.
@@oscorpio1365 but then women have less power in their serves and men can hit servers from higher up, causing them to hit the ball DOWN as well.. as for the hitting hard part.. yes men hit harder than women, they also jump higher which changes the game from blocking perspective. Reflexes and reaction time also favour men. Im not trying to downplay womens volleyball. Women have flexibility and their game is more about strategy, where men's volleyball is more about athletic ability, reflexes etc. I just don't think its fair to say men's volleyball is less interesting to watch because they just hit hard. its two different games and they're fun to watch

There are a lot of drills on CZcams if you just search them up. There’s also drills with college coaches demonstrating on channels like AVCA volleyball. Hope this helps!

The call at the end was Baaaad (not enough evidence to overturn original call) and a call that Nebraska could not afford. Even though Stanford probably would have won, I hate when a ref potentially/ possibly decides the outcome of a game (Championship).

American rules let the libero serve but everywhere else including international play doesn’t.
Just to add on to the previous comment, the liberal can only serve for one person (most often the middle). You can’t have them serve for two people.

It was a great back and forth game. Both teams played well. My only issue is the locker room drawing that came to light the day after the game. I feel like Stanford should have had some type of consequences for what they did.

@@jf-pn1tq something rude and really unsportsmanlike about the huskers. The following year when they played Nebraska their coach made them do community service in Lincoln. Stanford played great but I'll never really get over that particular display lol.
Omg, I never knew about the drawing before. One thing that I've always admired about Stanford aside from how wonderful their volleyball team is, is their overall conduct, disposition, humility, and poise. I love Texas too but have always seen them as a "let you have it/ rub it in your face" sort of team when they are doing well which has always made me love Stanford even that much more. Someone made a poor decision, and I am proud of Stanford for taking ownership and making up for it through community service while in Nebraska.
