In this episode, I bought the Brawl Pass Plus in Brawl Stars! The Brawl Pass is one of the BEST ways to get progression in Brawl Stars, and provides a ton of value for how much it costs. The Brawl Pass plus doesn't give quite as good value, but it gives a lot more progression!
In this Pay to Play series, I'm buying every progression offer that I think is worth it. The goal is to max out the account as fast as I possibly can!

Regarding the "daily" level up offers in your shop:
They actually appear if you "level up" in the game. Those levels were removed and can be seen as legacy stats on your profile. However, you can still see how your level continues to go up on Brawltime Ninja, which means the levels are still tracked. So, every time that level goes up, you get a level up offer in the shop.
Hope this clears things up!

The level up offer is probably related to the experience level where you gained xp after every game. It’s removed from profiles but it’s still counting and you can see it when switching between accounts.

They are every experience level ‘level up’ ( yes the old ones that were until 500, they are still counted at that blue saw on the profile) so these offers basically appear when you get a new experience level. They will become rarer and rarer the more you play

Kairos, the Level up offers depend on your account level. (I think you can see it in the account selection screen). And as the account level increases, the time it takes to reach another level increases. So I would recommend buying them as you are because they will eventually be very rare.
I think level up offers have two systems to pop up in the shop first is unlocking a new brawler or upgrading a brawler a certain amount of times

I think I know where those level up offers are from. I have a maxed out account and I used to get those when I was in the process of upgrading my brawlers. They stopped appearing for quite a while, but then I bought the Angelo pack and leveled him up and they started appearing again. It may have something to do with upgrading brawlers perhaps?
i recently logged in again into the game after a long time and hypercharge seems kinda overwhelming for me to deal with but no complaints though.

My guess on level up offers is you used to get xp but got replaced by mastery but you can still see your xp and stuff so I think when you level up in xp you get a level up offer like my main account if over 150 xp and I almost never get level up offers but on my mini I do
I think if someone starts an new F2P account, today, it would give out more rewards because we have the free side of the Brawl Pass, Mega Pig, Starrdrops, Trophy Road Rewards, Mastery and Bling for Cosmetics, also Ranked for cosmetics and some rewards!
Kairos I think the level up offers appear when you are out of a certain resource like coins or power points and since you keep upgrading your brawlers you keep running out of power points and you keep getting them
Last season I had the pass, and on jackpot day I had two jackpots - free one then a BP one. A couple weeks ago I had another jackpot, locked behind the pass. It seems to me that each side might have their own jackpot.
me seeing that ive been playing for 10 times the length he has been on this account and has more progression then me makes me realize that he has spent a lot of money
I always get the level up offer when I get a new brawler so that could be a reason
I’ve also seen that if you keep purchasing it everyday it’ll keep showing up everyday
I believe this is how it works as well

about the level up offers, it may be when you get a new brawler you get 1, since you got bibi and they popped up
The level up offers apear when ur account levels up I’m pretty sure, when I hit lvl 100 I got a “lvl 100 offer” they aren’t daily you just have been leveling up a lot so every day a new one appears, I think this is the reason the offers appear

The Level Up offers, are leftovers from the old level system, because it isn't shown on your profile, but the level still counts, so these offers show up as you "level up"
When he says “normally this wouldn’t be worth it” you know he’s about to buy it.
I think the level up offers are for when you would have increased your account level in the old xp system and the game still gives the offers even though you don't increase your level, Hope this helps.
I said this on the other video but the level up offers are because you level up coz I think the old system is still tracked but not shown (from the blue thingy before masteries) its every 5-10 levels

My theoary for level up offer : It is 1 for every brawler, i calculated it, got them for 16 times after unlocking 16 brawlers and they didn't appear after that. But two days after i unlocked two brawlers and got them again for three times in span of three days.

I think level up offers appear because the game still counts long deleted levels. Remember these? When you get daily exp for each battle and once you level up you get 20 tokens? Yeah, these levels. And level up bundles are here because of that
The level up offers come from when you get a brawler so you can get resources to level up that new brawler

I think a cool series would be f2p plus brawl pass to see the difference between that and complete f2p, given how much value it has it would probably be much quicker to max and would represent a lot of the low spending player base.(Would probably take too long though)

Level up offers (can) pop up when you get a new brawler - me and my friends have been farming new acc from free drops in shop for "cursed" acc and whenever I get a new brawler I find a level up offer. Not sure if there's another way though.

The level up offer is your account level. Try Switching from one account to another it should show the levels on your supercell ID screen. Certain things get Exp such as getting brawlers or logging in for the first time in a day. The rewards increase as your level goes up.😅
I think that Level up offers pop up every time you get a brawler and, the higher the rarity, the bigger the amount of coins and powerpoints
