This is not good from my point of view because first u will learn German after that u will do bachelors so it better to get into a university with English teaching instead as their are also get university in germany
TestAs is irrespective of your admission so the admission requirements are the marks you scored in your 12th. So TestAs is a requirement which you needed when you apply for Visa so, if you scored good in TestAs but you scored less in 12th so the admission is not possible. First of all please understand that there are not many public Universities and courses which offers Bachelor's degree in English. However if you have already shortlisted the University which is offering Bachelor's in English then please make sure that you score atleast 6.5 overall in IELTS or 90+ in TOEFL.
